Walk-up: one hour before each performance
We are located in the theatre lobby.
Doors open one hour before start time. Park in the northwest lot off of Oak Creek Parkway and enter door #9. If that lot is full, street parking is available on the west side of campus off 15th ave. Enter door 8 on street level near the 15th Ave. bus stop.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept cash, check, Discover, American Express, VISA or MasterCard. The box office is open one hour prior to most performances.
Season subscriptions allow our patrons to secure preferred seats and save on tickets. Purchase tickets to four or more Performing Arts Series shows to receive these benefits. To subscribe, call (414) 766-5049.
Groups of 10 or more tickets receive 10% off Performing Arts Series events only (not applicable for rental events) when purchased together.
SMPAC is accessible to persons with disabilities. Please notify the Box Office of special requirements when you purchase tickets. Handicap accessible parking and seating is available. We have 9 removable seats for persons in wheelchairs and 8 seats with removable arm rests for transferring from a wheelchair or walker. Seeing eye dogs are allowed. Assisted Listening Devices, large-print programs, Audio Description and American Sign Language Interpreted performances are available upon request, where applicable. Please provide two weeks notice for these services.
All sales are final. Refunds for events are given only when cancelled and not rescheduled. We do not cancel or reschedule performances due to inclement weather. If you are unable to attend, the donation of your ticket(s) to SMPAC is appreciated to enable resale and may be acknowledged for tax purposes. Renters who use our theatre may have their own ticketing and refund policies.
SMPAC is a smoke-free facility within the School District of South Milwaukee. Smoking and alcohol are prohibited. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted in the lobby only. Due to contractual agreements with performers, photography and recording devices are strictly prohibited.
