Call: (414) 766-5049, M-Th, 10-2. We’re closed when school is closed. This includes weekends, teacher in-service days, spring break, winter break, and major holidays.

Events: Our box office is open one hour before most events.
Our Box Office is not open for walk up ticket sales.
Tickets, Cancellations & Refunds – Tickets, Merchandise, and Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds on tickets and merchandise may be offered for events that are cancelled and not rescheduled due to pandemics, natural disasters or other emergency situations. By continuing, you understand and agree that ALL TICKET AND MERCHANDISE SALES ARE FINAL and that ticketing/service fees are NEVER REFUNDED under any circumstances. If you are unable to attend a ticketed event, you may find someone else who can use your tickets, or you may donate your tickets back to SMPAC and request an acknowledgement for tax purposes. Renters who use our theatre may have their own ticketing and refund policies.
