4th Annual SMArt Walk/Run

Saturday, May 18

Calling all friends of the performing arts! Join our host, the South Milwaukee Performing Arts Council, for a morning of healthy fun while supporting arts programming and education in our community. Walk or run the route with friends and family - or even your pooch!

Shotgun start for runners is at 9:00 am. The walk starts immediately after that.

Registration is $35 per person. Runners/walkers who register by May 1 will receive an event t-shirt on the day of the event.

Onsite registration and check in begins at 8:30 am.
The 4th annual SMArt Walk/Run will start in Grant Park's soccer field #4 in the city of South Milwaukee. There is ample parking adjacent to check in/registration. Distance is 5K, and the route is wheel chair/scooter friendly. Prizes will be awarded after the race.

Get a team together!

Just register on your own and meet up at the park.

Scholarship Information

At South Milwaukee Performing Arts Center, we provide scholarship opportunities for students who because of financial limitations are unable to participate in our performing arts programs. SMPAC's scholarship opportunities come in the form of full and partial scholarships to our Summer Youth Theatre program. A limited amount of scholarships are available each year to those who meet the requirements. All information is confidential and brought before a SMPAC committee. No child is turned away from our program because of their inability to pay. Email our director Rachel Sorce (rsorce@sdsm.k12.wi.us) to inquire.
